Most 1940-50's era pick ups weren't all that stout. The Chevy suburban was though, and a lot of vans. But just like today, people would pull with whatever they had. A lot of old pictures show trailers being pulled by anything on wheels pretty much. There were some heavier duty pick ups, usually work trucks like tow trucks, small garbage truck conversions etc. They just weren't in abundance like today.

Good looking car, But I think the Aventador is far more beautiful
From the front, this car looks a lot like the C7 Corvette concept mashed with a Tesla front. The back really resembles the same Corvette. The side looks a lot like a McLaren P1. I challenge anyone to do a side by side comparison and tell me different. Still, it is a nice car! I'd probably consider purchasing one if the price tag wasn't too ridiculously high.
